Carriage and Delivery: All carriage charges are based on what it costs us (we do not intend to profit on carriage charges) - this includes insurance and packing charges.

Items costing £25.00 and under are charged at £4.99 per parcel

Items costing over £25.00 are charged at £9.98 per parcel including VAT at 20%

There are specially reduced carriage rates on some items - look for special deals beside the item price.

We prefer to use DPD Courier or Royal Mail "Signed For"

Delivery times quoted are our best estimates of the service offered by our couriers and we shall not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from failure to meet these times.

Destinations outside the UK including Ireland, The Highlands and Islands etc.

These destinations are charged by the Couriers on a different basis - please contact us so that we may ascertain a current carriage charge for you.
